Closing Letter

We want to sincerely thank you for being part of the Rejuvenate Salon & Spa family for the past 10 years. It has truly been an honor to serve the Waterloo community and care for so many wonderful clients.After much thoughtful consideration, we would like to inform you that Rejuvenate Salon & Spa LLC will be closing permanently on April 30, 2026. Payment Changes Beginning April 1, 2026, we will be accepting cash as our primary form of payment for services and retail products as we prepare for the business closure. Clients who have previously paid by check may continue to use that method if needed. We appreciate your understanding during this transition. To reduce new obligations we have discontinued, new prepaid packages or gift cards effective immediately. Only individual services and retail purchases are available for purchase. Gift Cards Clients with gift cards are encouraged to schedule appointments as soon as possible so they may be redeemed prior to April 30, 2026. Gift cards are non-refundable, redeemable only for remaining balance, and must be used prior to the closing date. Prepaid Packages Clients with prepaid service packages were previously notified by email and should contact the salon or schedule online to use their remaining services prior to closing.****Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable and must be redeemed prior to the closing date of April 30, 2026. Appointments and Availability Appointments will continue as normal through April 30, 2026. Clients are encouraged to schedule as early as possible. Appointment availability may become limited as the closing date approaches, and services are subject to scheduling availability prior to April 30, 2026. Future Services by Staff Annette and Stephanie plan to continue providing massage services at a future location. Details will be announced at a later time. Any future business location will operate as a separate business and will not be affiliated with Rejuvenate Salon & Spa LLC. Abagale also plans to continue providing services at a future location, which will be announced in the near future. Legal Protections / Notices All gift cards and prepaid services must be redeemed prior to April 30, 2026.
