We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still intact and in re-sellable condition. It also must be free of perfume, smoke, pet hair, and blemishes. You’ll also need to provide the order number for proof of purchase so we can identify who the order belongs to and where the refund should go.
To start a return, you can contact us at annette@rejuvenatesalonspa.org. After your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it is eligible for a refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate it correctly. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, you will receive in-store credit instead of a full refund.
Rejuvenate Salon & Spa Boutique is not liable or responsible for any parcels/packages damaged in transit. Once it leaves our fulfillment center, it is out of our control. If you receive a shipment that appears to be damaged, please notify us at annette@rejuvenatesalonspa.org.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please let us know if you have not received your refund within 10 days of your approval refund date.
Request to cancel orders.
You can request to cancel your order as long as you put your request in before it ships. If your order has already shipped, please follow our return policy outlined above.
Stock Availability
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products for you if you would prefer to wait for restocking (if possible) for the back-ordered item will item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Due to frequent no-shows, beginning April 1, 2024 Rejuvenate Salon and Spa will implement a no-show policy.
Clients who do not attend appointments without prior 24-hour notification will be charged a $45.00 scheduling fee.
The $45.00 fee must be paid before scheduling future appointments. Fee can be paid in person or over the phone payments accepted are cash, check or card.
